I have never liked Ross's game. He's always loafing out on the perimeter and makes at least 3 or 4 dumb plays a half. Just needed to get that off my chest.

I concur. He's awful on the dribble. Just awful.

He did have a couple of good hustle plays at the end of the game. Good effort from him tonight, I'd say. Jmo.

Gotta give him credit at the end of that game. A block. A big rebound. And the defensive stop and save on the sideline. Personally, I think Haith misused him. Should have had him straight up posting up guys down low. He was also solid when given the chance to catch the ball at the high post. It wasn't his fault that Haith's system asked him to just stand at the 3 point line, then jack up a bad shot or dribble through traffic.

Trust me this was the game if you wanted to be heard you would be the upper deck was frickIN EMPTY except for a few rum dumbs. The club level was nearly empty except for a few suites. The lower level was empty behind the basket on one side. The student section had 20-25 antlers, and maybe a couple zou crew members, and 20 other unidentifiable members.

I thought Brown played with a lot of determination. Clarkson is clueless still against a zone or even a man when they force him left. Thought Ross gave good effort. Think it was a mistake not getting Jones more time early in the season to allow him to catch up to the speed of the game. Think that's his biggest problem defensively, but I also think he brings more energy to the court than anyone else.

Jones won't play if he refuses to play defense that's why he hasn't been getting minutes all season. As bad as Rosburg is he does give defensive effort, and that's why Feldmann got more minutes because he was defending well last night.

If that is Rosburg trying, Rosburg is horrendous. And I'm a Rosburg fan, in a limited role. If that's the best we have, you really have to question Haith's recruiting, no?

We gave up less layups, and played better defense without Jones, Jones won't defend, and the little offensive game he contribute is offset by this

I like Jones, but Rosburg can take a charge and challenge shots. He also had 9 points and a block.

I have no problem with Rosburg. But if that's the best talent Haith has recruited, it's not a good sign. Rosburg is a solid role player coming off the bench. He's still too slow and still plays below the rim for a 6' 11" player or whatever he is. If Jones isn't better than that, Haith needs admit to his mistake and get rid of him NOW.
