Doherty is being told he can play where ever he wants from what I've heard. The top spots would be RB, slot WR, or S. Either him or Strong would probably move to Safety, but I personally would like to see them on offense.
Ofodile is gone, he's not coming here. He already signed grant in aid papers with Oregon and I've heard his dad/family will be moving out there with him.

That would be awesome on Hentges. Where does Doherty project at Mizzou. I can't believe they're planning on all 4 coming in as RBs if he were to commit. Also...are all bridges burned with Ofodile or his commitment still solid to Oregon? Didn't know if Hentges were to flip if there was a chance he might reconsider as well.
I think the ship sailed on Ofodile. I read he will be an early enrollee at Oregon.
what a surprise it would be to get Hentges. Nice that Imatorbhebhe gave up his TE spot so we could recruit a far better player.
I doubt Kirkland will be coming here but I think we have a legitimate shot at making this a top 20 class. Sure, that's based on flawed ratings but these guys we have and are talking to are pretty special.
Best class ever? Looks like it.

As for top 20, I guess it depends on how one looks at it. The way most do, I doubt we will primarily because we are going to have a relatively small class this cycle. If one looks at it by average stars, then maybe...if we land some of these big fish.

As for Doherty, I think he projects really well in the slot and as a return man. I know the coaches have talked about a Murphy role with him so maybe a hybrid type of role. Of course they'll let him do what he wants because he is really freaking good.
I just don't know about Strong at safety. Sounds like a horrible idea. Stiff hips has been a knock on him, but great straight line speed and power. Sounds like a guy that needs to get up to 220 and play RB to me.

Strong will be a running back. Abbington, Steward, and Strong would give us a good power running game in the red zone. If the pasing game is going to be a problem the next year or so then we need to run the ball

I had mentioned it some time back, but CBC has a couple of RB's that have been tearing it up all year. This Tre Bryant just seems to be putting up numbers every time I ever check.

They tried the same thing with Dwayne Hendrix(Tenn)last year and Ezekial elliot(OSU) the year before after they were solid commits.
I give them credit for trying but I am not going to trick myself again into believing just to get bummed again.
I am excited about the chance for the uncommitted for this class. That's enough for me.

Affton is undefeated, I think.
