Wong will be back soon.

His defense is top notch, and he'll be a decent hitter. Think Fernando Vina. I get the feeling they sent him down to get playing time everyday and let Ellis get some playing time everyday.

I had planned to go to the game here in OKC to check out Tavares, Piscotty, and Wong, but this damn cold has got me down and out.

Gorgeous Bourjous is 2-2.

This can only mean two things. Jay will start in CF tomorrow and Tavares stays in Memphis another month.

3-3 with another RBI.

Holliday will be in CF tomorrow, JJ will pitch.

Tavares sent down to Springfield.

This team flat out sucks.

Outside of Waino, I can't say one good thing about this team.

I hate Matt Holliday. I hate his expressionless face.

I hate that he's off limits to trade because he bought a permanent home here.

I hate Shelby Miller's face. Always have. I don't like him. He sucks. I hate him.

I hate that everyone got excited about signing a SS that has hit under .250 2 out of his last 3 full seasons.

I hate our manwomen GM.

I hate his state slave fake tan too many buttons undone bare chest showing assistant.

I hate Kantrovitz and his drafting of two miniature pitchers in the first round to prove little guys can do it too.

I hate Al Hrabosky's 'back in my day' routine.

Dan should have been fired when he peed on himself after his second DUI.

Rosenthal's arm is dead.

Actually, I think the 2 miniature pitchers have been doing decent.

The rest...can't argue with.

We have more than enough arms. Is it time to start giving other guys a chance if the current ones aren't getting it done? Give Martinez a shot in the rotation. Call up Freeman.

Motte's got good numbers. Any word how far away he is? Last I heard, he was only throwing in low 90's. Has that improved?

Martinez is such a fast worker he's meant to be in the rotation. I think it's so wrong that he was put in the bullpen.

I heard Motte was more mid 90's in his second outing. So apparently there was improvement. But as we've seen with Rosie, 95 is not the same beast as 99.

We have a logjam in the outfield. Off the top of my head: Holliday, Jay, Buorjos, Craig, Taveras, Grichuk, Piscotty, and Butler.

We also have a logjam of starter quality pitchers: Wainwright, Wacha, Miller, Lynn, Lyons, Kelly, Garcia, Martinez, Rosenthal, Freeman and Cooney.

It's time to shake things up, unclog the log jam, go get a position of need. If you're not going to trade any of those guys and let some of them go to waste, then give Martinez a chance. Give Diaz a chance. Give Freeman a chance. All I know now is that the current make up ain't getting the job done.

Yeah, I wish they were more preemptive and ballsy last winter.

Millers stock will never be what it once was, he should have been moved already.

Adams or Craig need to be moved.

It would be awesome if we could move Holliday this winter but doubt it will happen.

Mo needs to get some balls and make some decisions. The logjams are becoming unethical.

And looks like Freeman just got called up, but I'm sure it will just be a quick stint.

Really? Matt Holliday is the least of the worries this team has right now.

They were the same way with Freese. They could have gotten a lot more for him earlier on. He was never going to be as good of a player as his value was at one point.

Agreed. I'd be ok with Craig at 1st and Adams off the bench to see how things go. Yes, Adams is hitting well but not for much pop. We need runs being driven in from that position.

I heard they were gonna call someone up. Who's out? I missed it or having a brain cramp. I hope the kid doesn't give them an option but to keep him. I'm assuming he'll work out of the bullpen?!?!?

Yeah, really. I hate him.

He's not a number 3 hitter. He's not a cornerstone franchise player.

We have such an incredible surplus of young outfielders I want him gone and out of the way.

He's not a leader.

He's an emotionless putz.

He's a DH.

He was incapable of playing in a Game 7 of the WS because of a sore pinky.

He sat out a meaningful last game of the season to secure his .300 average.

He has always played home run derby in batting practice, yet he's not even a home run hitter.

He led the league in double plays last year.

He's the opposite of clutch.

I just hate his face. I'm ready to move on.

(I realize he's not at the top of the list for the Cards problems and I realize that it wouldn't be smart to get rid of him this year. I just want him out of the way next year so we can move on with these young OFers)

Fornatero down. Lyons to DL. Rondon and Freeman up.

Garcia likely to start in Lyons spot.

Adams has lacked pop and he absolutely can not hit LH pitching.

Thats a pretty big flaw to have in the middle of your lineup and from an everyday 1B in the bigs.

Craig to 1st and see what you have with your younger OF's in the system.

I would trade Adams as soon as possible before his stock drops and further.

Any question this line up misses Beltran?

Holliday is a .310/.386/.528 career batter and is the only one driving in runs right now but you want to run him out of town?

Hilarious. The irrational hate Holliday receives by some in St Louis is comical.
