Really liked the highlights of this young man. Can't blame him with ND being 50 miles or so from home. That's recruiting. Still have till early Feb for signing date. A lot can happen between now and then.

His tweet sounds like maybe it was just geography, and some family pressure. Something about this being what's best for his family. They live 20 mins from ND - i"m sure them being able to come and see him play every home game was a big part of it.
Can't blame the kid for wanting to make it easier on his family to see him play, and to have his support system closer.
However, it might have been better for his family long term had he stuck with his commitment to a place that could develop him and get him a rich NFL contract. Good luck to the young man, and hope it works out for the best for him.

Did Williams even take a visit here?

Well that sucks. He was up there with Nate Brown as to commits I was most looking forward to. Anyways, hopefully we can fill the spot with more quality down the road.

He had originally said he was still going to visit Mizzou after the ND visit. Is that scrapped now with his verbal to ND?

Brian Wallace was at the game wearing a Mizzou hat and sat with Andy Bauer.

Apparently this Wallace kid is the most reticent recruit in the history of recruits. No one has a good feel for what he's going to do. And I mean no one.
