Do you have a spot behind Corkey's for your RV?

ETA: Asked before I saw this:

We are right behind Corky's in the rv lot thingy.

Not me but there are some high rollers in the group. A couple of the motorhomes are North of a million but not mine. My lot and rv together is less than what folks are spending for condos up there - plus it's on wheels so I can take it other places like the SEC baseball tournament.

Yeah - that's why I sit in the "Sky Dog" East Upper deck. But, you could also look at the purchase as an investment. We have made "paper money" since we bought it 3 years ago.

The RV or the lot?

My dad looked into buying a lot there but couldn't justify buying it because they wouldn't use it enough.

There are several in there but I assure you my 5th wheel in nothing close to even a Tiffin. This guy is in there though:

It's a Rolling Bulldog feature while they were out in Houston for OSU.

We out kicked our coverage over there but there are all types of people in there but only a couple that want you to know how much money they have. Even they are pretty nice, though. The guy in the video is really nice.

It opened between football and baseball season 3 years ago. We rented one for Super Bulldog weekend that year and left the rv there because we bought one.
Only 2 left. Come get one. I didn't know the price went up once again. LINK I think RVs on campus in lots 34, 36 and 38 are going away eventually and everything with be down at the intramural fields. That will shoot the demand through the roof for a place like this. The guy that did this development has 4 acres right behind us and told us at the HOA meeting last weekend that he wants to build 12-1300 sq ft cottages back there. Golf cart away from campus.

That's some fine work Tabor has done in Starkville. My parents(pre-divorce) use to haul an RV to LSU games. I'd consider myself more of the condo type.

My dad now is about ready to build a special type housing that you pull your RV in and out to a regular docking area. Basically it's a huge "barn" that holds an RV you really live out of and the other space is liveable too.

I do like the idea of retro fitting a smaller old style airstream pull behind though. Just have something to use for my mountain bike races.

Lost Pizza Co. (formerly Lost Dog Pizza but they had to change the name due to a lawsuit) is new in Starkville. Real good pizza..the original one started in Indianola and now they have like 5 restaurants.

The kids' stuff is probably OK but if the fees are real according to the website, their camping spots are over priced ($40/night +$10 on weekends and holidays) and boating/fishing is $200/year boat permit. Plus, it's a no-wake lake. Have no idea what they have done to stock/re-stock the lake but I think that part was late coming in the agreement with the Board of Supervisors. So, I doubt anything has been done with the fishing.
