Nike nike nike nike nike

Ok guess I can quit dreaming now.

We've gotta be different and unique**...hence shitastic and humiliating Adidas unis and apparel.

We couldn't possibly switch to Nike and have sharp athletic uniforms and nice fan apparel! **

Stricklin will never allow it. We would just be falling in line with everyone else. We can be Adidas' top tier team! Yea!!*****

Ugh! Screw being one of Adidas' top schools! I'll take nike's midlevel designs over the crap we have now!

Agreed...

Looks like aTm is entering negotiations with Nike -- so that would fix a part of our problem.

I think we're going to see alot of bitching about our(Adidas) bats this year too -- if the rumors we've all heard about how "hot" they are turns out to be true.

Conversely, if we start off the season slumping at the plate our fans will blame it on the bats.

True...

I just don't see us starting slow with the quality of pitching these guys see every day. It'll be like little league to them the first couple of weeks till we head to Zona...

That's true. I can already imagine the meltdown coming my way if we manage to get shutout early or something -- after pumping the bats up all offseason based on every report I've heard.

They say the biggest thing about these are that the "sweet spot" are alot longer overall. So, hopefully, some of the balls we've got jammed on or hit off the end of the bat in the past will start being squared up.
