The Allyn I know has never heard the word drought. Shut your mouth.

OK, so I started to panic about the 24 hour mark. I was 19. I was always worried that the last one would be the last one with the constant threat of nuclear war and/or being drafted.

Damn near 60. People that know me IRL think I am kidding when I tell them. Hell, I have a shoe box with a set of chin straps from Ole Miss's '62 team.

I guess I have good genes. When my grandmother died at 92, it dawned on me how good those genes were. My grandfather was the youngest of 8 children. At grandma's funeral he was 95 and all of his brothers and sisters were there ranging from 97 to 108. My dad will be 89 in another month, and he is in good shape if you don't count the fact that he can't hear worth shite.

A person close to Dak Prescott told The Clarion-Ledger the quarterback sustained a foot injury in practice this week.

When reached for comment Mullen said Prescott is healthy and he intends to play the quarterback against UAB.

Dak received several late hits from typical tPOS Buzzards. I am sure he is a little sore from that considering he is no contact in practice. Expect penalties with real refs. Also Bear hurt his leg when he ran the hell over that ref but played more snaps afterwards. Probably also sore.

I have been watching FB for a looooooong time, and I don't think I have seen anything quite like that play. Who loses a WR to a collision with the ref? Damn our luck. If it was Bama, the defender would have run into the ref allowing the receiver to walk into the end zone.

If it was against us the ball would have hit the refs head on a last second hail mary into the arms of a wide open receiver Bama receiver.

Ah... I was playing at that time, but I was playing at Cal. (We moved to the Bay Area in the middle of my Jr year.)

I wanted to go to Ole Miss, but they didn't offer. I was offered by USM and MSU, but I didn't want to go play for them. You have to remember where MSU was pre-Tyler. (2-9 my Sr yr in HS) If Tyler had been hired a year earlier, I would have given MSU a lot of consideration, but it would have been really hard to turn down a Berkeley education.
