You can only have 9 coaches regardless.
We've got the money to make this stuff happen. The athletics dept operated on an $8mil surplus last year -- and will be seeing a huge influx of cash going forward.
We need to put Sallach back in an office and hire a special teams/TE coach. Should be able to get some of the best in the country for $300k or less.
Then, hire a hotshot recruiter for what is essentially the QB coaching position. Should be able to get this one pretty cheap if what people are saying is true about Gonzo getting the OC title and Hev getting the co-OC title.
I'd love to steal Craig or Lashlee from Auburn for competitive money and let them call plays as a true OC for us(what they aren't getting there) -- but I don't see Mullen letting that happen now that Dak is finally the guy.

Man, this is what I have been saying since the day Les left. We just need a recruiter. Dan's gonna call the plays anyway. Give some recruiter that wants a promotion and a pay raise a chance.
