It's slow but there are some pretty impressive throws in there, especially towards the end.
I will say though, everything looks pretty effortless. He makes it all look pretty easy.

He definitely has some positives. Needs to speed his release up...his o-line was just giving him all day to make throws.

I think with the proper teaching he can speed it up. As you said he had all day most of the time back there so it's not like he needed to be in any kind of a hurry. 
Some of those throws had some pretty good zip on them, and the one towards the end where he rolls right and literally throws it completely across the field was pretty dang impressive.

Makes some good throws. I'm pretty certain my golf swing is quicker than his windup release though.
