I work in midtown every day ... I don't think that has happened. I'm not saying she's lying, but she's lying and it seems she has an ulterior motive to get you to go to the Peabody.

Midtown is a very safe area and I'd say a lot safer than downtown for sure.

The big place in Horn Lake near the Target and Home Depot? That place was not good at all. I just had the pulled pork sandwich...was not impressed.

We are going to do the Korean BBQ in Germantown for lunch. I lived in Asia for years, and it is hard to find good bulgogi and kalbi in MS.

They won the rib comp at least two years in a row. Maybe not the last one, I'm not sure. Plus a couple other things over the last few years.

I've heard good things from a few people but haven't tried it for myself yet.

I will have to try it out then because the people I heard it from that it was good, I wouldn't necessarily say have the best judgement.

That mainly the reason I haven't tried it yet.

Man that's a long list of awards, has to be good with that many IMO.

I like dry rub ribs better than wet, I wonder how good there rub is and how good they are at preparing ribs that aren't wet.

Is the Comfort Inn Downtown in a decent location? My SO waited until the last minute to book, and we looked in downtown area for days until this one came open.

My parents can put an air mattress in the living room for you. You get to stay in beautiful Hernando, and watch hulu with my dad.

Fwiw there is a major difference in cooking good BBQ for a competition and trying to replicate that execution in a restaurant setting. Completely different.
