Much of what UK has can create a variance but over the years these 2 stick out

#1 Depth - If we lose some key starters, a early season can turn south

#2 Ball going our way - We are probably a 7 or 8 win team usually but if the ball goes the right way a few games we get 9 or 10 wins and if it goes the other way we are easily in the 6 win world.

This season is good example. We could go 11-1 or 7-5, same can happen next year. With the transfer portal it means not waiting a few years after a player graduates to train their replacement.

Hard to predict a record before we know our quarterback. Also, with so many returning QBs this year, a lot of teams will have new QBs so you never know

I see nothing but wins there mate.

Honestly no idea how the team will be next year without knowing the QB situation. We've been getting a lot of solid contribution from our freshman this season which makes me feel better. Our young linebackers next year will be talented but less experienced. I dunno. Only games I'd concede early are Bama and Georgia.

Pretty much spot on except we still need another QB to win 7. If not then 5-7 is a possibility.

Getting old does not always make you smarter but at least you know how to read the road map.
