In several areas it will only be available in PPV or on WatchESPN/ESPN3. Time Warner has announced they'll be picking it up even though it will not show up on your TV guide right now:

Scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. ET tip, the game can be seen on the former Insight cable in Louisville, Lexington, Covington, Bowling Green, Ky., and Evansville Ind.

Customers with a digital set-top-box and subscription to Basic/Classic service can access the game on channel 505. Customers with QAM tuner TVs (rescan may be required) can access the game on the following channels: Bowling Green 12.3; Evansville 16.3; Covington 17.3; Louisville 77.3; Lexington 16.3.

I've seen a lot of Kentucky fans on social media that are in Lexington and can't get games this season. I'm all the way down in Atlanta and I've had every game broadcasted here. That's just weird. It's good that the cable station there is trying to help them out.

Thank the corporate mindset that has taken over college. It is setting up for a great collapse as the base can no longer support the load demanded by those at the top.

Soemtimes the CSS games are on Dish and available to me, and sometimes they are not. On the Lexington channels today they mentioned it on cable as you say Belle, but didn't mention Dish. Makes me think it's PPV only.
If it's on ESPN3 though, I can hook that up to my TV and watch.
