Unless you click on the actual message box of the new window, it pastes it in the regular message box. Even if you do click on the message box of the new window you get:

I must have a pop up block on or something. I can't use any of the "Markup" features.

I can't use them on mobile. My keyboard disappears and then nothing else happens.

Are you still having an issue? We are trying to work around the iOS issue that broke the previous markup code and caused crashes.

Yep. It's fixed on my desktop. On mobile I still have the weird dialogue box, but it works without issue.
