We are having issues with our board at the current moment 
A lot of our posters take this shite too seriously and try to make a big deal out of internet message boards.

Well you can always kick people off if they mess up. Just do a once chance policy

Our admin is a wimp. If he wasn't, you'd have a point. But it seems if anyone gets let onto our board, it's almost like a lifetime membership.
If not, we might wouldn't have to be so picky. As it is ... we do.
