Should a Poster have a minimum number of Posts before anyone should reply?

Seeing Poster's like "ibleedpurpleandgold" with only 79 posts starting troll threads makes me cringe. Every fan base has posters like this, so I'm thinking everyone should just ignore any thread started by someone with less than 2,000 post's? 5,000 post's? What would be a good number?

IMO, a poster should have a minimum of one post before anyone should reply. I'd never reply to less than that.
