How do you unlock the smh emoticon?

I kind of feel like Copernicus who was rumored to have never seen Mercury. I have searched in vain for the smh emoticon I see everyone else using on here. I've never discovered it and wish to do so before I die. Anyone care to share the secret as to how to unlock this emoticon so that I may use it? Otherwise I have to use the non-SECRant approved ones which just frankly seem out of place.
