Who knows? At this point I'm starting to wonder if there's not more going on than we know, especially since I've managed to catch someone's attention the past few weeks and am getting dv'd for innocuous posts which I find very much amusing because they're so innocuous. That said, I half wonder if alts don't sign up to try and get regular posters they don't like for whatever reason in trouble.
Shaft is a smartass but no more than anyone else. He's just very good at cutting you down when he wants too. But having some skill/talent for that isn't his fault -- others say shite all the time he just happens to be better than many of us at slamming people and things (and you know it's always the dumbasses that get mad about that stuff because they don't have the verbal skills to make a legit argument or even come up with a decent or amusing slam). This board is pretty damned freewheeling and he brings a lot to tRant.
Regardless, it's silly but the reason does need to be stated.

For the record I've always liked shaft. Very funny poster. Wish there was more like him, some people just take this whole message board thing to seriously. Hell I had a poster last yr threatening to find me at my tailgate in Athens and fight me.

^^Sorry. Dv'd as in I'm getting downvoted just about every post on the rant. Started happening a few weeks ago I guess. I could say "the SEC is the best conference in America!" and I'd get downvoted. It's become quite comical.
