I know he's still inconsistent, doesn't use his legs enough, and we're generally just not a good football team.. BUT

He has grown since his early season meltdowns. He seems much calmer and mental toughness seems to be massively improved. He's throwing it away and not forcing balls anymore.

Hopefully he can continue the upwards trend.

And hopefully Billy hires an OC.

Don’t need an OC. Need a consistent QB.

He did play well today, missed a few here n there but overall, an improvement.

ON the road without starting WR/TE and still put up 41 pts, just under 500 yards of offense and thats with AR missing a few open receivers.

Sh it man, what else ya'll want from this guy?

The lack of knowing when to run at this point in the yr kills me. Still 41 pts I'm not gonna complain.

After the dismissal of Cox the D played a nice second half especially the DE's so that was nice.

Lol - I unfollowed all the Gator fans I was following on Twitter.

Our fanbase on Twitter is a bunch of idiots.

They're all stupid as hell.

Very nice win today!!!

We're there issues on the offense yes. Unfortunately still but I'll take the win and hopefully Napier booting Cox off the team ignited this team and we will finally start seeing improvement.

The defense played much better in the second half and looked and in my opinion played better. King is not a good QB so to put pressure on him was a big benefit too us getting off the field on 3rd down.

Receivers were wide open and King was over throwing them from pressure on some plays yes on some he just over threw them Mohammad and Stewert will be the best wide receiver Tandem in College football the next 2 years when the Aggies find a QB.

It was a tough first half but it got ugly in some of the game threads I was a part of.

I went into a deep dark place watching our defense in the first half

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. A&M is a team that not only has given up, they are injured and sick as well. If we act like we have turned a corner and don't come into the Carolina game ready to play, they are going to give us another beating like they did last season.

That said I was very happy to get the win and see our players enjoying football again.

They had 6 players out, we had 3

Their “starting QB” who was out literally got his first start the week before. The QB who started was a 4 star croot ranked higher than AR. They have very good WRs, and one of the best backs in the conference. They had 5 star DL playing who took over at times.

Fk the excuses. Team came out in the 2nd half and took it to em.
If AR hits Ricky on those 2 tds, this is a blowout win.

A&M is wounded, but UF took it to them like a team should against a wounded team.

Unlike LSU in 2020, the infamous shoe game, Florida showed up and did what they had to do.

Could've been even worse of a beatdown, but I'm not going to harp about a 17 point win on the road in a game we came in as 4 point underdogs.

That said, I am still holding my breath that the flip switched for the defense until I see them play live against a (not very good) South Carolina offense.

This defense has no chance of being top notch before the year end, but we don't need it to be against the competition we're playing.

Just need it to be competent. And, after the past 3 years, would be a massive improvement.
