Second match for the steel cage should be ATLgator vs TJGator. No contest here, ATL wins in a first round knockout.

Nuss was fired from the two jobs he had prior to Florida and has failed to put an offense in the Top 100 nationally in his last 3 seasons as an OC.

If he fights like he argues I'll TKO him at the opening bell.

If you knew how fighting worked you'd know that a TKO is a cumulation of punches and kicks, and can't happen instantly at the opening bell.

Bitch.

I move like a silent fart. You won't see me coming but you'll know I was there. I'm that fast brah.

I'm still having to school you I see:

quote:

A technical knockout (TKO or T.K.O.), or stoppage, is declared when the referee or official ring physician decide that a fighter cannot safely continue the match. In boxing, for a KO to occur a fighter must fail to beat the count, so TKO refers to any situation when the referee, cornerman, physician, or fighter stops the fight any time during a round when there is no ten count, most notably when a fighter has been knocked down three times in one round, which ends the match in most regions.[3] The referee can stop the fight at any time if they feel a fighter cannot safely continue, for example if a fighter has been down once and isn't doing enough to defend themselves when they get back up. In boxing, if a fighter is knocked down and the referee stops the bout without a count, this also counts as TKO. However, TKO can only occur when the fight is stopped by the referee, mid round while the clock is running or between rounds when the clock is stopped. The exception is if a fight is stopped between rounds by a fighter's corner pulling him out or the fighter quitting, this counts as "referee technical decision" (RTD) which, like TKO, counts as a knockout in a boxer's record.

TJ comes out swinging. Take it to the cage. My money is still on ATLgator but good sucker punch.

nice uppercut by ATL, I score it a draw right now. Discussion still needs to move to the cage tread. that was the whole point of the cage match thread. Get with the plan guys

So it looks like Locksley coming is a foregone conclusion.

The same guy that called Locksley to UF weeks ago from the UF side is saying 2-3 more changes. Let the speculation begin.

So Nord is gone, Summers is gone, and one more may be gone.

Nice to get the dead weight off the staff. Now let's add some elite recruiters and coaches

Mac not expecting any further staff changes:

Asked point blank on Friday if after some of the offensive struggles McElwain expected any staff changes following the Outback Bowl, he replied very simply.

"No," he said. "No."

You can't come out and say "yeah we're firing so and so after the bowl game", a couple of days prior to the bowl game. With the hiring of Locksley, were firing at least one position coach, and still have one more spot to add on the defensive side.

Dude, cmon TJ. McElwain already hates the UF media. He isn't going to say shite publicly about coaching changes.

I just posted what he said. No need to get your thongs in a twist girls. I bet summers and nord don't go. I did see where Feldman and Bamas beat writer said any report of ML to UF was premature and he'd make his decision after this year

I'm fine with Summers staying. Nord sticking around is strike 2 for me.
