I'm a long-time lurker and seldom post. I watched almost every other college game so far this year up to the Gators game last night. I can't figure out why EVERY OTHER TEAM, win or lose, at least looks prepared. The Gators don't look prepared at all. Clueless. Disjointed. Plenty of other teams field freshman QBs...the Gators cannot. Why?Michigan used the same game plan from their 2015 bowl game against the Gators. How could the staff not know what they were going to do defensively? Play calling was awful. No adjustments. A good coach can call plays to slow down a rush or defeat the 8-man box. I guess we don't have a good coach.

This is all on coaching. Period.

I attended UF and have been going to games every year since 1973 (yeah I'm old). This has been so frustrating. Meanwhile, idiot Muschamp is actually fielding an offense at USCe. Rant over. Thanks for listening.

Michigan certainly isn't the place to troubleshoot, that's for sure. I think they were afraid of ''breaking'' Franks, but the fact of the matter is: Kid's on borrowed time, anyway. Corral, next year, will start 100% unless something drastic changes.

The entire game I was cussing up a storm and it was almost always the same:

Take. Some. fricking. Chances.

That's it. Throw him into the water, if he can't swim we have Del Rio who, despite having bad games, actually looks poised. What a fricking disaster and honestly, I can't wait for Corral to get on campus.

I guess that's where my frustration comes from. Other teams field young QB's and let them develop. Look at Georgia last year. They took some lumps, but that's how you get better. Taking Franks out was the worst possible thing to do last night, in my opinion. Everyone is blaming the OL, and they deserve some criticism, but good coaches make adjustments. Ours don't.

You can't win with scared money. Mac and Nuss coach scared, and it infects the team.

That's assuming he stays committed. And that's a big IF. Seeing this kind of shitstorm of an offensive coaching job will cause a lot of second guessing.

What other big name school is he going to start the first year? Most kids love a good challenge like that. He's going to come in and get the chance to sling it -- literally from day one. There isn't a quarterback on the roster better than him.

I'm sure his "people" will give him plenty of other options. My point is, in the last seven seasons UF has had potentially some really good QB prospects that have, for coaching reasons , been allowed to die on the vine. If there isn't a major change in the coaching situation and culture at UF we're going to be toxic to the elite QB talent. Just my humble opinion.

I understand the reason for putting Zaire in the game . He is more mobile and they wanted to see if he could give the offense a spark. It didn't work and they should have went back Frank's . Frank's is the guy unless he is injured.
