Ok with Pittman for OL but it's time for Kerwin Bell to get a call for OC. Time to pay the Gator legend to come home.
Plus, if things continue to go south, great interim Head Coach before getting the job for real.

Also, bring back the best special teams coach ever, Ron Zook. Players will run thru a wall for him, and he will whip a whole fraternity's arse for them.

SoS Jr has a back ground in the air raid under Leach and I think Napier's offense needs most improvement in the passing game.
However, for all the grief the offense gets, it actually has put up some points this year. The defense is what has cost us most games.
I do think the offense isn't as bad as some say, but at the same time it'll never be good enough to win at the highest levels despite being somewhat serviceable. Needs tweaking, especially in the pass game imo.

The bigger problem to me is that Napier is too focused on play calling and needs to be more of a Head Coach on the sidelines.

He needs to delegate. I think his gameday coaching, while probably won't ever be elite, will improve to what he needs to be successful if he had less on his plate.

He's still the coach in 2024 but definitely will say staff and admin changes are absolutely needed and his seat needs to be hot.
I like Billy but definitely needs to delegate and perhaps get some new voices on this team. The lack of improvement and also disorganization week after week has been very disappointing.

Wont happen. He said he'll never OC again for a team he's not the HC. His son may be a name to watch

I didn't say as OC, but on staff in some capacity. And that was in the context of having Bell as an OC.
Since we were talking about bringing back people with Gator ties.

Guys not gonna leave being a HC to come OC for a HC probably on his way out very soon
