I made a personal vow not to reply in any threads created by a certain someone who shall remain unnamed.

What is everyone hearing in Gainesville?

No other info I have heard. Most people say they think it's over that drunk dude telling Rashada he could get him like 10 times what the boosters would actually offer him. That some assistant coach must have been involved somehow.

If true, I could see us having to fire said coach if he is still on the staff.

But other than that, I believe the "punishment" would have been disassociation from the collective, which has already happened.

The worst part about this is just the public relations aspect -- it's not a good look, and of course, we have to be the example of something that is happening widely.

Oh well.

The NCAA is a joke. All they can do really is police the university or staff being involved with NIL to high school recruits. Heck boosters have openly taunted them to try and stop them from doing pre-on campus NIL deals because they know the courts would slap the NCAA down with that Supreme Court ruling.

If nobody thought that the 13 mil supposedly offered to Rasheda wasn't going to get investigated by the ncaa then you know nothing about the ncaa.

Thank God that was never paid because I don't think Rasheda is worth $13 a year

How did Arizona St. find money to get him there?

Spending money on any top flight QB is stupid because we don't have the team or staff to do anything useful with one anyway.

Don't tell that to Lagway. You don't think he's bringing his 5 stars to Gainesville out of the goodness of his heart do you?

I'm glad he's here but if we shite the bed this season I don't think he'll stay for year two.
