The only ones I have heard anything about are McWilliams (Watch for Fulton commit on the 29th if he comes that's when he would leave), Wells and the newly added Joseph. I also heard one of our O-Lineman has been looking around but not sure exactly which one.

Hardin I don't expect to stick around either.

Mack Wilson is a troll master. He is in love with Saban and Bama. I'm not sold he is a Gator after his tweets during the national title game. Lest see how much playing time means to him.

Yeah, no UF fans should expect or believe Wilson to be a Gator until it actually happens and he signs. You are setting yourselves up for disappointment.

Some things to watch over the next few weeks...

Vosean is taking his visit to Bama this weekend. He is a backup plan for Bama and they wouldn't take his commitment this weekend.

How does the WR board shake out? I think the guys to watch down the stretch are Stove, Victor, and Cleveland. Any 2 of the 3 would be a grand slam and would probably become instant starters at UF next year. All 3 slated to take a visit to UF before NSD.

Kristian Fulton watch in full effect. UF needs this kid BAD. We have Tabor and Wilson back next year with experience, that's it. Chauncey is a nickel back, so he doesn't factor in. Tabor is 1 and done next year, and depending on how Wilson plays after a great FR campaign, he could be gone as well. Fulton is playing a ton of snaps day 1 and is an auto starter in year 2 if he picks UF. Skipper has to win this battle. Parents and more importantly, his dad need to be won over and attend Kristians visit on 01/29.

One more ELITE pass rusher... UF will look to close the deal on Brian Burns. Without AMac, the pass rush was non existent. UF could really use Burns in year 1 as a pass rush specialist.

1-2 more OL. UF has an influx of OL talent coming in on 01/15. They are sitting in a good position for Pridgeon, which is why I'm not sure if they pushed very hard for Tatum even though they would take him. Watch the visits at this position. Their will probably be more added to the board in January as well, similar to last class when UF landed some lower rated studs down the stretch.

As we sit at 26, I see UF taking 30. Right now, I think UF finishes with...

Fulton
Cleveland
Victor
Burns
Eubanks
Uche

These are the guys that could find themselves on the outside looking in...

Wells
McWilliams

These are guys that may flip...

Wells
Polite
Joseph

UF really needs a lock down field/boundary corner in this class. They also need a couple of big time WR, and they need an edge pass rusher big time.

But even bigger than that - they need LBs that are ready to play. It is just mind boggling to me that UF hasn't been able to attract a better crop of Lb's, especially considering the immediate playing time that is available.

I agree. Still are in good position to land those needs/wants. Also, UF has a really good pass rusher committed in Clayton.

I believe that no matter how good a true frosh is...they need skills honed for a year and the weight room is their friend. We may already have that elite pass rusher in CeCe and if his weight doesnt balloon...could be awesome for us in terrorizing QBs.

LBer is huge...we will have to search for best JUCO prospect next year if we dont get what we need now. 2017 might be scarey....Id rather not depend on true frosh starting or getting too many snaps because of dire need.

Our stock of DBs are starting to be aged and that alone means its time to replenish...next year we will need a few elite DBs at least. Of all the positions on a team corners that are true frosh have the best chance to succeed in FBS football if they have skillset....they and WRs are the two positions that are the easiest to start at imo.

Looking at next year with fewer numbers to work with, I think DL will be another priority with an aging group we now have. OL will need four pickups to keep us going. RB? I think two? WR maybe three if we get production from 2016 class.

By 2017 we will have HC hopefully well entrenched in Florida recruiting and we show progress on the field making it even easier.

I just don't see Cece as an elite pass rusher. He does everything well, bUT he doesn't rush the passes consistently.

Well CeCe doesnt have the 6'6" frame or wingspan that a lot of really good pass rushers have...but there are a lot of shorter DEs in the SEC that have wrecked havoc in backfields , I am really speculating that the snap experience will help him become a much better soph as he did better than most true frosh. If he gains much weight then he will be mostly inside I think and will be fast for an interior DL.

Also heard Vosean is ready to make the jump to Bama. Polite is someone I haven't heard much about looking around. It will be an interesting finish to the recruiting cycle.

Not buying that Vosean stuff yet.

Watch for USC with Polite. Daytona kids are hard to explain.

Hopefully Burns sees that were there to see him today, meanwhile FSU is going to Washington DC to visit a player at his same position.

I really hope he chooses us

Weird that Summers is not in the group for Tatum. Shows that Polite is a higher priority than Tatum IMO. Only SDE in this class. All the other DEs are tall skinny pass rushers.

Based on things I read and heard today I think the following are on the flip/decommit watch list.

WR-Wells: Been on here a while if we get 2 out of Stove, Nixon, Victor, NCM or Bruce I can see him leaving. WR Devonta Smith decommitted from GA today he may get a look.

DE-Polite: If we get Kongbo or Burns I see him as a potential loss. Tennessee maybe. Got some more info on him today Gatordmb89 was right on this call.

LB-Joseph: Bama is in pursuit after the loss of a recent LB commit and all we can do is see what happens.

CB-Taylor and McWilliams: McWilliams has been on the watch list for awhile. Taylor is new to the list he was just offered by Kirby Smart and is now set to take a visit to GA this weekend.

Other updates: In a recent video Mack Wilson says he is most comfortable with Saban and Smart. Geoff Collins is supposed to visit him sometime soon.

The close for Florida is not looking nearly as exciting as it was in November.

Just gotta hope UF can land a lock down CB, one more LB, hold on to a few others, and then hopefully land at least 1 impact WR.

Jaewon Taylor posted on twitter that firing Callahan was a bad move. He is gone unless the staff can perform a miracle. He visits Georgia this weekend.

Don't care. Callahan is getting killed in recruiting. This had to be done.
