usually stay away from uniform threads, but this is really something different. The last time I remember us wearing black helmets...we were throwing hands with these kids in purple sweaters.

I prefer this one to the other matte black one we saw last season. I also REALLY like the shine of the stripes on it.

at least we looked good doing it.. I love the helmets though. Am I the only one that thinks we need to simplify the jersey? I'm not crazy about the arm bands and everything else that makes the jersey look cheesy to me.. I just want a simple jersey with big numbers and "CAROLINA" in really big letters, kinda like we see in the picture above.

We are going to wear all three, and the garnet helmet is going to be the new primary helmet. Personally, I like it a lot. I think we will see the black and white helmets about three games a piece.

I really enjoyed the return of the garnet helmet, new one looks good... But I can't help but wish the ole white circle around the logo was also there.

Eh.. I liked them as a rare once in awhile type thing, but I do wish they would have used the whole bird instead of the body.
