I've been saying for a couple of months now that I think Hilinski is going to transfer. He's going to be a great QB, but this was the year that he was supposed solidify his QB1. Unfortunately Hill transferred here and Bobo is married to playing him. Bobo is also heavily invested in Gunner Stockton. With that in mind, I think the offense begins to change to take into effect having a highly mobile QB at the helm. Hence why I think next year we will transition into Doty as the starter, effectively passing up Hilinski. Highly unfortunate for Hilinski, but I think his time here is done. It's a shame too, he's a good kid with amazing upside as a QB.

The Muschamp-sympathetic crew over on Twitter have been whining that our fans are being unfair and overly-harsh critics of Hill, referring to him as "just a young college kid" that we're "picking on."
That "just a young college kid" they keep depicting as if he's barely old enough to shave is a grown arse man. "Kid" is damn near 24 years old. It's not as if he's unfamiliar with the fans of Gamecock football and our tendency to call things like we see them since he is South Carolina born and bred.
We've been repeatedly regaled with these stories about Hill's herculean-like mental fortitude. Told about him supposedly having zero hesitation and being fearless in the face of playing on knees repaired 3 times. Yet our own eyes see a QB who crumples to the ground and takes a sack if a soft breeze blows his way. Our own eyes see a QB who may appear outwardly cool, calm and collected but whose actions say otherwise when he gets in a bind (which seems to occur with astounding and consistent frequency) and somehow seems to actually find sacks.
Anyway, didn't mean to write a mini-novel. I'm just frustrated, disgusted and tired of being spoon-fed (more like force-fed at this point) bullshite stories by this staff and I'm even more tired of and disgusted by the mindless, spineless contingent of our fan base who can't get enough of the shite being offered up and gobble it down like starved little bitches.
Fire Tanner. Fire Muschamp. Fire every damn one of them if that's what we need to do to win.

I think he’s older than me.

I mean, a large portion of the 23-24 year old population are working and earning their living and a healthy number of them are married with some even embarking on parenthood. He's hardly a kid.

Even if he were a 19 year old
You’re playing SEC football.
If you can’t take criticism, how do you expect to take a 6-6 300lb DL who’s gonna be playing in the NFL in a year

I'm tired of both, but I'm also tired of starting over. I'm too old for it.

Tanner has to go first. We definitely don’t want him in charge of hiring the next guy. I still don’t think we see any movement before the end of 2021, though.

The folks over at TBS have embarked on an email campaign to the trustees, Caslen and Tanner.
It won't do any good. One of the most frustrating aspects of this whole mess is that the very ppl who habitually sink money into this program thru The Gamecock Club, purchasing single game tickets, concessions at games, buying Gamecock gear that the University profits from and so much more..the fans..it's as if we have no voice. They appear not to give a rat's arse about how we feel and give absolutely zero credence to our opinions.

Some of the big boosters don’t care, because of the great perks they get. However, I assure you that there are several who are fed up, some who texted their displeasure to Muschamp this weekend at the end of the game. Those are the ones who need to step up and withhold donations etc. One in particular has a gate around the stadium with his name on it, and he’s about done.

I detailed a pretty simple plan on how to get rid of both of these incompetents. The bottom line is if we picket the players walk and organize fans boycotting the games when they go to full cap. The school will have no choice but to wake the frick up. Picture what Biden gets from Trumpers at his rallies on gameday in front of ESPN cameras. Picture 20k butts in an 80k+ stadium. If you'd like to see what that looks like google Empty Miami stadium.
The media catching wind that were even organizing a coerced effort to do so will make national headlines. As its never been done. Look at what happened at UT when the fans didn't want Schiano and used the baby toucher excuse.

uhhhh Springs Brooks Plaza was funded by Tami Springs Brooks. And I can assure you, she's been tired of the losing. However she's as loyal to Ray Tanner as humanly possible.

In the long run they're gonna be in an even bigger bind with the big money donors pulling their support until a change is made.
