Add Arik Gilbert a 2020 prospect out of Georgia. Coached by former ON coach John Hunt. Will be one of the top targets in the SE in the class if 2020.

It had to be a great atmosphere and experience for the huge recruiting group that attended the game. The crowd was rabid and the team played hard and well, and we got the big upset win.
Now we are firmly back on track for playing for bowl eligibility: the final 2 best chances we got to get to 6 wins will both be played in Williams-Brice, the first one coming next week...

Holy recruit alert Batman: we had a surprise visitor last night. Teammate of current commit Jamyest Williams, deangelo Gibbs was at the game. Here's the number 42 overall and #5 safety in next year's class. When asked where we stand his response, "south Carolina has a great chance."

Wasn't a whole lot of news over on 247 this morning. We are still working to get some OTs in this cycle. Working 2 right now, Jerry Drake Jr. and Calbert from TN.
Other than that it was just reiterated that we are in a better position with Zamir White than a lot of people are giving us credit for. He was actually supposed to be another guy who was in town for the game but his mom got called into work and couldn't make it. Gotta think he was watching though.

QB Bentley is creating a buzz around CLT. Hamsah from Concord and next year's 4*DT Sandidge from Concord are seeing how this could start coming together. Both those guys are playing defense but know the importance of having a high quality QB. (that was going to be a big issue this year for Concord, before a guy transferred in from Mt Pleasant.)

Saw where Or'Tre Smith is having ankle surgery but is planning to enroll early. Hopefully be full speed by spring.
