LOL. Hilinski was dealt a shittier hand than any player I can recall in recent history.
The piss poor protection of our O-line led to Hilinski getting smoked all the time. He had a lingering injury throughout the season that he never addressed.
That same O-line kept getting injured and shuffled around week-to-week, along with all of our decent skill players getting injured constantly: Edwards, Shi, Feaster, Dowdle, Muse, OrTre, and Josh Vann were never all healthy at the same time.
Our OC had absolutely no clue what the frick he was doing.
I don't care if we had Tua or Trevor Lawrence at QB, no true freshman is going to perform well under those circumstances. Even through all that, he still looked better than frickin Colin Hill did at any point this season.

To you it is true becuase it supports your bias. Fair

But let's forget all that. You wanna talk stats, because sane people only look at stats. Well, there's only one stat that matters. Wins and Losses. Did we improve or decline in that one? Refresh my memory. How many games did Ryan win us in 2019? How many did Collin Hill win us in 2020?

Lots of reasons. You ignoring those and focusing on your bias makes you intellectually dishonest.
I have not made 1 positive assertion about BOBO. You have made lots and yes you need to provide evidence.
I think the siruation is nuanced. 1 year with BOBO is not enough to know 1 way or the other.

Perception is reality my friend. I think if this year has proved anything it's that it doesn't matter what you can prove, it matters what you can make people believe.
In that spirit, I absolutely agree that Bobo is a clown. I don't care how successful he is at running his scheme. It's just not the direction the program should be going. Maybe he'll adjust, but to what and with whom? Plenty to be skeptical about, maybe he'll do ok. But with making a fresh start, what the hell has he done to stand out and stick around?

Oh wow, he did that at Georgia?! There's no way Georgia would have accomplished that without Bobo's expertise.
