He will be one that, no matter who he does commit to, it's gonna come down to ink on the paper. He changes his mind a lot.
ETA: And apparently it is NOT Jaden Robinson bc I just saw he posted a countdown clock for his top schools announcement on his IG.

Don't think it's Robinson. Serbay tweeted a pic of a tree this morning. That's Babalade's nickname. Serbay has tweeted hints of upcoming commitments several times now. He tweeted a pic of a puppy before Pup committed, did the same with Reno (whom we all know is committed but just hasn't announced it yet likely bc he's waiting on Lonergan's decision and then Reno will decide to either remain class of '24 or reclassify as '23) by tweeting a pelican, the mascot of Reno's HS. The pelican tweet was the same weekend that Shane tweeted the '24 WH.

'24 QB Dante Reno is committing (to us) at 7pm Saturday on CBS Sports HQ.
Makes me feel a little better about us getting '23 QB Lonergan. There's a little doubt developing there with him, but if Dante is going public as a '24 instead of reclassifying to '23, makes me think he anticipates Lonergan committing to Carolina.

I think alot of people have forgotten about Tanner Bailey. I want Dylan but if we don't get him and but do get Reno our QB room is still going to be talented.

Bailey is a complete stud...he was the QB I wanted most last year. He was the top target for the staff as well then they pivoted to Davis after Bailey went to Oregon. Thank you Miami for bringing Christobol home to y'all

Really, really curious to see who the WH from today ends up being. JC from TBS said we would be surprised by who it is and that he was surprised himself. And yes, he clarified we would be surprised in a good way.

It supposedly was a surprised commitment from someone we were not expecting to get. I wonder if it's the 4* RB Braswell?

An article written and posted by Nebraska's 247 writer late yesterday seemed to not so subtly suggest that even though Braswell removed us from his top 4, it did not mean we were out of the picture.
He announces today at 3pm so we will find out soon enough.

Not saying it's not but I don't think it is cause JC also said there was no timeframe for an announcement, we've known braswell was announcing today for a while now

I'm not sure JC realized he was committing today when he made that comment. We'll find out in 20.
I had the same thought that it wasn't Braswell specifically bc of JC's "time-frame" reference....until I read that Nebraska article. And then Hale not so subtly referenced the Nebraska article again this morning.
ETA: The article had the time of commitment listed incorrectly, or more likely they listed it as central time since it was for the Nebraska site. It is today but it isn't until 4pm.

I asked JC if it was a change of heart by Braswell or did he release a top 4 that didn't include us knowing he actually was going to be committing here.
JC said Braswell was playing around with that top 4. He knew he was coming here when he released it.

Watched a 2 min film still need more, but dude reminds me a ton of ace with his speed and shiftyness but he's taller and bigger...best comparison I can give off of film and not knowing his level of com pin ga without blowing expectations out the water for him is I'd put him on par with Marshawn Lloyd...this rb class is super deep marshaens wasn't really deep
