Sure it is. It's based on months upon months of nothing but his support for the gamecocks and his recruiting efforts for us. I don't see how he could throw all that out the window.

I have less than 0.001% concern about BAW flipping. With everything he's done and said for over a year, I'm just not seeing it. Even Rolin didn't recruit/shout out at this level. Now Gary Gray really was very vocal about advocating for us, but that was random for him to flip. There have been many more vocal leaders/recruiters for us than guys who flipped last moment. So even from just a numbers game point of view, it's really not likely that BAW will.
I think BAW is just having some Mike Jones fun, "back then you didn't want me, now I'm hot, y'all all on me."

I saw that. He had 5 offers and was committed to South Alabama...then Louisville...I wonder what justified a 12 point bump on the day he committed to UGA? It probably doesn't matter though, he'll never play.

What justified the 12 pt bump was the UGA fan posing as a recruiting analyst on the ratings committee.
Bobby Burton does the same thing when it comes to Texas recruits. Scott Kennedy when it comes to Auburn recruits. Jamie Newberg when it comes to Florida recruits.
What you have to remember first and foremost is that the owner of 247 is Shannon Terry ... he started with Alliance Sports (which plays heavily into the board wars with Border Wars) and Shannon sort of leans towards three schools - Bama, Georgia and Vandy, for whatever reasons. I know he grew-up a Bama fan, wanted to go to Vandy, but I'm not sure why he has pulled so many strings in Mark Richt's favor over the years, yet he has.

There is no way I am going to get my hopes up that high ... if it happens, uber duper. If not then I will not be disappointed.
All three of them would be a major major close on the class - probably the best ever in our history as far back as I can remember.
