I would just like to say that I visited Oxford for the first time this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. You guys have a nice little town over there. The Grove and the Square scenes were pretty awesome, not overrated in the slightest. Vaught Hemingway was clean and everything from the concessions to the bathrooms flowed very well which I am not used to in Death Valley. It wasn't overly loud but felt lively enough. Your fans were for the most part pretty nice to us tigers, got a lot welcomes. Also, my goodness your women are beautiful and dress extremely slooty which is always fine by me. Good game. We will be back again in 2 years

Grove, the gals, and Corkys for concessions, all nice.
Chandeliers and silverware for Walmart tenders, and Wide Spread Panic sans the occasional Conrad The Caterpillar..I can live without.

I could easily live in Oxford. I went in 07 and thought it was a charming little town. The towns we passed through on the way there looked like disasters.

I agree, it was my first trip to the Grove as well. The fans were great and very welcoming. The ladies were as advertised. It was definitely more about the party than the game for the majority of fans I met.

Hahaha I just posted about the trip before I saw this and I swear we both say almost the same things. The ladies were amazing and EVERYWHERE. Gotta give credit when it’s due I think I could GEAUX back to school at Ole Miss for a year just for that!!! Lol

Ha, why so surprised? It must just be the overall Mississippi thing that gives us a bad wrap, but Oxford is a cut above on many fronts. Come back anytime, but leave Guice's arse at the house.

If there isn’t a max weight requirement to wear a miniskirt, there should be. Not pointing fingers, but if I was I would have pointed a lot yesterday.

But
Moving the Student Section next to visiting team section wasn't well thought out. Bunch of drink throwing Frat bitches.

^^^ I agree. What we need to do is move the visitor's section square in the middle of where our students sit now and move our students back where they were. This would put the visitors in the sun during day games, most of which are hot now these days it seems. For some reason we have found it necessary to stick what should be our loudest section right in the sun making it where many of them don't show or at least don't stay long. Especially after they've been sucking suds.

I went to school there and am still amazed at the beauty of the women when I go back.

Yeah, Oxford seems OK on the surface and a lot of people are, but the administration of the school from the president down should resign for what they either did or condoned, but they won't and the kids will be the only ones to suffer. A lot of the kids are really victims of Freeze's religious hypocrisy. That's how he got some to sign. If freeze hadn't gotten caught he would still be their strutting around braying his moral superiority. Remember, the school hired him and defended him. They didn't want to know.
