I feel like a Kentucky fan looking forward to basketball season before football is even over.
Oh how the times have changed.
I am looking forward to this season, though. The SEC should be improved overall this season given the talent that has been recruited and teams ending on the up last season.

I mean... it's gotta be pretty fricking terrible for LSU then. Given that you may be stuck with Coach O for years to come, your basketball team sucks, and your baseball team cannot beat the gators.

UK football fans are hardcore and don't focus on basketball till after the football season is done. They will be undefeated, so it won't matter till January anyway.

when I was in Lexington two weeks ago for the mizzou game, no one there wanted to talk basketball. It was tactfully kinda funny and odd.

Eh not really, we are the second best team in the SEC now in case you haven't noticed :-)
