Driving through Tuscaloosa today listening to some sports radio and one of the hosts said the kicking game is as bad as its ever been. Is this true?

The punting game is better than it's ever been. Everything else is a big question mark at best. If I had to guess, we will struggle at kicking long field goals, but I at least want to see how our guys do in real game situations before I walk into oncoming traffic.

Punting is great.
PK is just go for the first down or punt it level awful.

Well when you AA punter has to do kickoffs and place kicking as well, it's pretty bad.

A few weeks ago Saban said Hurts is actually a decent kicker as well. Hurts might work his way into the kicking job if it isn't up to Saban's standards.

The kicking game? I doubt it. FG kicking? Could be. Bad as it's ever been still isn't that terrible.

Luckily all other aspects of the game are far superior to anything AU will field
