You got me. I'm not sure what we'll do without a kid we're weren't recruiting

Some very damaging rumors have been circulated about this kid's departure from USC. The fact that he shows up at Kentucky out of the blue makes me think those rumors might be true. Kentucky wasn't even on his original list of schools, and I think several schools probably had to pass on him for Kentucky to get on his list

We definitely wanted him out of high school for a little bit, but there were definitely concerns teams had that he proved to be correct while at USC.

Rumor says he got into a fight or some type of physical altercation with a coach....possibly the head coach. At least that is the rumor I heard

What's lulz is linking an ESPN player profile to try to prove that particular point. Most UGA fans who closely follow recruiting will tell you he wasn't a take by the time signing day rolled around. There were a lot of rumors that he either got in trouble in Athens on a visit or that he made a request to the UGA coaches that caused him to be dropped from their board.

UGA wanted him out of HS and were very close to landing him (actually favord IIRC). But last second he went to USCw for a variety of rumored resons (some said UGA passed because of behavioral issues, others alleged USC had his guardian on their payroll, etc).

Make no mistake, he would have been a great talent on the line to have but proof is in the pudding with regards to his attitude problems off the field.

Good get for Kentucky. He could be a legit star on the OL if you can keep his head on straight.

Sounds like the only thing holding him back is himself.

Pretty much. We wanted him very badly until things got weird. But he could be great if he fixes the space between his ears.

He's a great talent for sure and if he can keep his head on straight he'll be a high draft pick.
