Anyone recommend a body shop in Little Rock? I'm pretty sure the car is totaled (other drivers fault, they were ticketed) so I'm planning on taking it to a big name like Landers or Firestone as Im fine with the highest estimate possible.
Any advice on the matter would be appreciated tho.

We've used Custom Auto Service and Parker's in the past. Parker was slightly cheaper last time, which surprised us.

What has your insurance said?

Only had beefed up liability on this vehicle so Im dealing with her insurance. This was a learning experience tho since Ive only been in 1 major accident (also 100% their fault) after which I went to a chiropractor immediately and the lawyers came to me. (Im not a system abuser. I was young and naive and quickly realized that alot of the treatement was bs and just a way to jack up your claim).
I answered a couple questions about the pre accident condition of the vehicle and when she mentioned recording I ended the conversation. Answering any more questions without a copy of the police report in hand seemed like a bad idea.
I googled "what to say and not say when speaking to an adjuster" and realized she was getting ready to HAM on my ignorance. Must have been a real tease for her.
