Will Ole Miss Treat Freeze Like Sean Payton?

If Freeze gets a show cause for a year for his Level 1 violation, will Ole Miss do like the Saints did and keep the job open for him to come back as a thanks for the Sugar Bowl?
Or maybe just to keep him from damming up the Mississippi River in a rage?

Show causes are normally much longer.
The name for the penalty is because the school has to show cause for hiring them back or another school to hire them during that time frame.
