They let Penn State players do it for something that didn't even occur this decade. So I'd think at least this recent recruiting class might be able to. But who knows, it's the NCAA.

Maybe, probably just seniors. Unless it turns into a multiple years bowl ban.

That rule needs to change its crazy. We all know many of these athlete-students are only there to play sports. Just like signing day, after they sign then thrir position coach gets canned. Now they are stuck with that school.
