As we all know in the SEC Tournament teams 1-4 don't play the first 2 days and teams 5-8 don't play on the opening day of the tournament. The way this year is playing out with only a couple of weeks left is interesting.

UF, UK and USCe have all but locked up spots 1-3.
This leaves one more spot for a team to rest until Friday in Nashville. There are 7 teams within 2 games of 4th place right now.

UF 11-2
UK 11-2
USCe 10-3

Ark 8-5
Bama 8-5

OM 7-6

UGA 6-7
Tenn 6-7

A&M and Vandy are 5-7 (They play tonight).

Of these 7 teams, 1 gets the double bye?
Who gets the 4 single byes?
Who is stuck playing on Wednesday?

Just boot out LSU and Mizzou, they don't deserve to go.

5-10 don't play on the first day. First day is only 11 vs. 14 and 12 vs. 13.

I see Alabama finishing 11-7. They'll beat LSU (probably) on Saturday to get to 9-5, and then split the remaining four games: Georgia, @A&M, Ole Miss, @Tennessee.

Goddammitt. I was hoping this would be about football. We need to bring back 2 byes.
