Arkansas looked much better this week against Florida. A combination of a week off to get healthy and playing a team that is offensively challenged helped a great deal.
Arkansas Strengths:
Quarterback: Arkansas has the best passing QB in the league. He should be healthier for LSU.
Receiving Corps: From top to bottom the receiving corps for Arkansas might be the best in the league.
Arkansas Weaknesses:
Offensive Line: They went from being a wide open mountain pass to a swinging rusty gate. They still are pretty terrible.
Linebacker: Greenlaw is still hurt. The backups have improved but Brooks Ellis is still the single biggest liability in pass coverage in the entire SEC. They also lack the ability to stop the run.
LSU showed defensive spirit but unfortunately lacked any offensive punch against Alabama. The good news is that their team is tailor made to face the Razorbacks. While the QB isn't very mobile, Arkansas has trouble against teams that run the ball that have actual offensive lines. Expect Leonard Fournette to look much better and finally get that 100 yard game against Arkansas.
LSU Strengths:
Defensive Line: They are very very good. They should be able to sack Austin Allen at least 5 times this game and probably keep the Arkansas rushing attack under 80 yards.
Running Back: Fournette and Guise should have a field day against an Arkansas defense that is incredibly suspect against the run. 200 to 300 yards combined wouldn't surprise anyone.
LSU Weaknesses:
QB Play: LSU is still very much one dimensional. It might not matter this week since that dimension is directly against Arkansas's glaring weakness.
Coaching: LSU can't adjust or figure shite out, still. If they struggle in the first half, expect it to snowball.
Overall, this game shouldn't be close. LSU should win by at least 3 touchdowns. I'm expecting 35-14 or worse. If Arkansas does win, it will be because the LSU coaching staff is utterly incompetent and the players have given up.

Expect an emotionless, worn LSU team. Arkansas will most likely beat us again.

Last year, Arkansas was really physical up front and could stop the run.
This year, they aren't as good at that.
Fournette won't go wild like he did against Ole Miss or anything, but he should have a pretty successful day.

It'll be interesting to see what offense shows up for LSU.
I don't expect this to be a blow out one way or the other.

If O really has a chance at the job, THIS game is probably more important than Alabama. For the past two years, Alabama has beaten LSU two weeks in a row. If he can get this team to actually play this year, it'@@ be a feather in his cap.

I actually think it'll be a high-scoring game. LSU offense will be out to prove they aren't the shite we saw yesterday, and we should be able to run the ball on Arkansas.
Arkansas can pass the rock, and LSU's defense won't be as motivated next week.
35-27 type of game.

I'm thinking 24-7 or 27-10 in favor of the Hogs
