No way to know that. Like a lot of other teams, Bama subs a lot. So when you see back ups in the game, there are also starters sprinkled in there. Bama rarely (if ever), fields an entire second or third team unit at the same time.

Exactly, they may be starters this year at some schools, but they wind up being next years freaks that has everyone wondering how the hell Bama does it!

The second team offensive line would ruin the team with Bateman calling the shots. The dude scrambles backwards. They would make a bowl but not be ranked.

Well they'd still be 4-5*.. Not much of a stretch considering most of the top 25 is composed of 2-4*.

The second team D would be a top 25 type defense. Second team O, especially now that their original back-up QB is gone? I'm not so sure. That JJ -- we've had so many fricking JJs in the SEC lately that I can no longer remember each one's real names -- looked pretty good as a back-up RB, though.
