LSU/UF game should have been moved to Legion Field

I get that Florida didn't want to give up a home game and have to play in LSU 3 straight years.
I get LSU thinking it was a dumb decision and that the game needed to be moved.
So where better than the historic Legion Field right in the hometown of the SEC Headquarters.
Gainesville to Birmingham is 484 miles
Baton Rouge to Birmingham is 403 miles.
No real advantage to either team.
It's available now that UAB isn't playing its just sitting there. It's Fieldturf so it would be ready to play on.
People evacuating from the hurricane could of enjoyed a nice weekend in lovely Birmingham.
SEC HQ should of stepped up and made the move.

It's painfully obvious that there was no upside in playing LSU.

What the hell are you talking about? Birmingham is not Gainesville. The game could only take place in Gainesville on Saturday!

Parking is cheap and the citizens around the stadium love to watch your car for you.
