This is the most recent clip I have seen.

Here is an older one that I think was posted before.

If his working out translates to the field then I think we have ourselves a beast. I don't remember much about him at OU other than he was a pain in the arse to bring down.

Last I heard, he had an ankle injury. But he looks 100% now. A good sign!

What was the nature of his suspension at OU that was the impetus for his transfer?

"Violation of team rules". His parents said he never fully recovered from his leg injury and it affected his academics/attendance.

Bob Stoops threw his OC under the bus to keep his job and switched QBs to buy him another year to get things right. Worked out for Stoops, but didn't help Trevor, Keith, and Alex Ross were casualties.

Down here, we call that "pulling a Sumlin"

Sumlin didn't throw his OC under the bus. He tried to keep Spavital on staff, which is why everything took so long. Spavital didn't want to be demoted back to QB coach, so he looked for a new gig. We still have McKinney on staff too. Coaches understand that Sumlin is going to let them coach and give them opportunities. I've heard multiple interviews from Kingsbury, Polian, Beatty, Chavis, and Banks.

You don't pull guys like Chavis, Noel Mazzone, Jim Turner, and David Turner into your staff and away from great jobs if Sumlin acted like you are insinuating. You'd have to hire coaches from Texas Tech and your family members like Stoops does.

I'm not insinuating anything. I'm saying Stoops and Sumlin did the exact same thing.

So Stoops suspended Ford to help maintain his job? I'm going to call bullshite on this.

Sounds like you have your mind made up that Ford is a bad kid. Why even ask the question?

I was just pointing out that the unwritten rule is that you don't lose your opportunities due to injury. Stoops had two injured players in Knight and Ford. Sounds like both felt they had better opportunities somewhere else.

It is so easy to throw Sumlin under the bus for transfers... Stoops lost Trevor Knight, Alex Ross, Keith Ford, Dallis Todd, John Humphrey, and Cody Thomas left the team too.

I asked a simple question about the circumstanes of his suspension and hoped someone with information could answer that question. Clearly, thats not you.
