Do other conferences compare? Don't care which town you are in or if your team won or lost there is an energy.
I guess Big 10 is cooking sausages or something?

No other conference is as solid top to bottom as the SEC, and it's not even close, but there are other big programs with a lot of fan interest outside the south lol

I guess plenty of towns are jumping on game day. The SEC is different in that it usually starts feeling different on Thursday. Especially if it's a big game.

This is what I was about to say. Honestly on a Saturday night we always were pretty chill after the game. Just go back to Grove drink a couple more then head back to apartment then watch the recap of the day and pass out.
Thursday of a big game is when I think it's special. When you start seeing the out of town fans roll in that's when I can feel the vibe. Then going out in the Square on Friday night. Holy shite it can be intense especially when Bama/LSU come to town.
