Simmons already has a $100,000,000 shoe contract in the wings. He will be just fine. The talent is there, according to all the experts, he just needs a real coach. Wishing the kid all the best.

I'm not concerned w/ Simmons. I'm asking LSU fans, given the choice, do you prefer to have a locker room cancer that doesn't respect your university enough to even bother with class and attempting to be a student and was lackadaisical on the court and was the biggest reason your season tanked at the end but he comes with media attention and the #1 player tag and is gone before you even got to know him and could leave a black mark on your school.

Or would you want a homegrown under the radar talent that improves over 4 years and leads your team to the NCAAT where he has the best game of his life nailing clutch shots to lead his team from 14 down showing all kinds of heart and determination in a 2OT upset victory.

Who gives a shite about Simmons, I want to know what kind of person you are, what your value system is, etc.

No one locally has even close to describing Simmons the way you do here. With you not being local, what are your sources into what happened in the locker room? And as for being one & done, how many of UK's all world's make a class the second semester? That happens to programs all over the country.
