I hear Malcolm Mitchell is having a great week at the senior bowl. Check out this sick catch [link=(vine://post/1304011921728618496)]LINK[/link]
Some nfl team is going to be pleased to have him on their team.

Thanks for posting that!
I almost hate to see the one handed catches get so much attention, though. He could have easily used two hands. Kids start trying to make catches like those in games and it leads to dropped/missed receptions. Kind of like not wrapping up on tackles, but going for the big hit. It gets them on sports center, but how many missed tackles has it led to in college football and pro football, for that matter?

Malcolm is a special player. Wish we could have seen him healthy more as a Dawg and with competent QB play this year.

martrez milner tried to do a 1 handed catch near the goal line in columbia in 2004. I'll never forget it bc he was coming towards our UGA section so I was looking right at him. Dumbass could have used 8 hands, or however many he had, but just stuck 1 out there. Keep in mind we've been down the whole game and are trying to claw back. of course he dropped it.

It's a shame, really. I hate to see stuff like that because kids think in order to get noticed they have to do stuff like that. But look at the attention Lambert got when he broke the consecutive completion record. Sometimes steady as you go pays off. If he could have done that all year!

I went back and took another look. He purposely kept his right hand down. Granted, it was only practice. AND, I may have overstated that he could have easily used two hands. I played WR and I can assure you a receiver of his ability could have used two hands. Guessing? He and the QB were doing practice throws to see how difficult he could make it on Mitchell and Mitchell kept catching them.
