The uniting thread for all of these individuals is that they all coached for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks.

sorry, Gibbs was just an assistant at Arkansas (RBs) who went on to win an NFL title.
Only three have done the head coach at college and NFL.
Pete Carroll was a GA.

A lot. Probably more "coaching" than the coaches do since they don't have to recruit.
