The Joy of Cam
His one year at Auburn was dogged and dominated by an NCAA eligibility investigation that centered on claims that Cecil Newton and a former Mississippi State player shopped Cam to the Bulldogs for a price in the $150,000 range. The 13-month probe ended with the NCAA finding no violations, but that didn't stop NFL teams from sending private investigators to Auburn to speak to food service workers, frat boys and sorority girls. They spoke to bartenders, even though Newton has never touched alcohol. "The worst thing they found?" Whitfield says. "Sometimes he rode his scooter without a helmet."

What were they expecting to find? Whether or not he likes beast or natty ice? What kind of ice cream is his favorite flavor?

He's had a helluva year

honestly what's most impressive is he's doing it in a Mike Shula offense

I think Cam has had a fantastic year. He is a great athlete and player.

I just didn't understand the NFL investigations portion of that.

Love Cam but I don't care about your article. I already know all I need to know. I hope he beats the living shite out of Richard Sherman and Seattle.

His humbleness needs to be replicated throughout the league.

I am still shocked MSU didn't get hammered for their shenanigans.

I was really unhappy when Chud left and he took over, but I think he's done a hell of a job the past 2 seasons.

He needs to decrease the femininity of his celebrations, but other than that I'm ok with Cam and think he does some great things for terminally ill kids.

No need to steal a laptop after he met the bagman.

And Johnny Manzeil did not take that $1,700 for his autographs either. At least it was never proven. Funny, wit h all the people listed here that the NCAA's spoke to, none apparently talked to his father?
