I use to drink only one or two glasses now recently because of my dads health problems (He found out in august he had kidney stones and a urinary tract infection) I've started drinking 3-5 glasses each day

I try to take in 48-64 fluid ounces (1.5-2.0 liters) of liquids per day. That can be in the form of water, soft drinks, fruit and vegetables. Anything that has non-alcoholic liquids counts towards the total.

As long as you respond to your body's signal, thirst, that it needs liquids, I think you'll be okay.

My daily drinks are coffee, water, and Dr Pepper.

I drink coffee every morning when I get to work. 1 or 2 cups depending on how I'm feeling. In between then and lunch I drink a bottled water or two. Every day at lunch I drink a Dr Pepper. I know soft drinks are bad for you but one a day shouldn't be too bad. After lunch I'll have another coffee and drink water the rest of the day. Beer, bourbon, and scotch are after work alternatives.

After a pleasant family beach trip went awry after a liter of Bacardi, I've sworn off the stuff ever since haha

I drink gallons of water, but it usually has been distilled down to something meaningful...

I am not sure that most health problems aren't genetic and inescapable. I was sickly when I was a kid, really sick, where they tell you that you are likely to die.

frick all that shite. I didn't die,and I don't trust doctors, they are just like mechanics. They want you to be sick, that's how they make millions.
if you are really sick, you will die. Live until the day it happens.

1-2 gals/day.
I refill a blender bottle about 5 times at work and another 2-3 times once I leave.

It depends if I got drunk the night before or not. If I did then probably a gallon, if I didn't then probably 3-4 cups

A good bit. Probably between 60 & 80 oz.

I don't drink sodas but maybe once or twice a month. If I do drink a soda, it is usually a Big Red or Root Beer.

Drink mostly water and juice. Will have a sweet tea with my dinner.

Oh, and about 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning.
