I'm really excited to see his career develop here. He is going to be a good one.

All things considered, if Collins does leave, he and Kody Walker will be a good 1-2 punch if Walker can continue to run like he did to end this season.

How can you not be a fan of Walker after the way he has come back this season?

He has run the ball very well since returning.

If Broderick Green had Walker's drive and want to running the ball he'd be playing on Sundays right now...

I like Walker as a person and a loyal Hog. To this point he hasn't shown that he can be the feature back for this team.

But he's finally staying somewhat healthy, so if that continues I look for him to slim down 10 lbs or so while getting stronger and will take it to a higher level next year.

We still need at least two solid RBs in this class. Hammonds may have to be one of them instead of receiver if we don't get a couple more guys.

Awesome. I'm really glad he's ok. Would be a horrific story of what could have been otherwise. He's got lots of talent and i'm glad he's going to get to use it.

I don't want Hammonds to be a WR anyway. We're stacked there for the foreseeable future. I want him on the field at RB.

Hammonds will be a slot WR and part time RB for jet sweeps, reverses and screen plays.

That is the reason they want 2 ½ RB's in this class. TJ is the ½.

And as I said, we're stacked with players that can do that. Next year we'll have Morgan, Cornelius and Stewart doing it. The year after we'll have Cornelius, Stewart and Boateng.

I think Hammonds will be a RB that splits out wide from time to time rather than a WR that moves to the backfield.
