Nope, probably isn't one of the best athletes.

Sweet. Is she going to play the "track/powerlifting/martial arts/basketball" position for LSU's softball team?

Not sure what she will play or even how much or if at all but those numbers scream pretty serious athletic ability. You never know how tools will translate on the field but she is definitely starting ahead of the very high majority of high school seniors in the country.
So is she one of the best athletes? Yes. If a male athlete was favored to win the power lifting championship and the 60 meter dash in the same year in an athlete heavy state like Louisiana we would be hearing Bo and Herschel comparisons. But heck, we all know a girl can't be a great athlete, right?
It's okay to respect athletic ability without others hating simply because they don't have it.
