Let's all assume that we finish 7-5 or 8-4 and Butch gets 2016 to prove he can win something.
Who do you want gone and replaced? Name replacements if you have any good ones in mind.

Azzani (I think he's pretty much already gone) and Mahoney need to go. The secondary has looked bad, but I don't think there is a ton of talent to work with at corner.
I would be fine with replacing either coordinator with a bigger name/proven coach. Both coordinators have been ok, but ok isn't going to win anything of merit.
As for replacements, no clue.

While I haven't liked some of DeBoard's calls...we are averaging just under 34 points per game with a pretty good SOS to date.
Here is what we were averaging over past seasons:
2015 - 33.9
2014 - 28.9
2013 - 23.8
2012 - 36.2
2011 - 20.3
2010 - 27.0
2009 - 29.3
2008 - 17.3
2007 - 32.5
2006 - 27.8
2005 - 18.6
2004 - 29.1
The 2012 offense is the only one in the last 10 years that has averaged more points per game than this team (that includes the two seasons during Cutcliffe's return). With the youth on this offense...there isn't any reason you can't see those numbers improve dramatically over the next couple of seasons.
Yes, there are better OC's out there...but I don't want to risk getting another Clawson.

Maybe, he called a decent game Saturday, but we're still weak in the secondary.

Hard to call for Martinez with his recruiting advantages. The secondary isn't that bad, just young in some places

That's the WR coach? If so I would love for you guys to get rid of him too.

Why? Our WRs didn't start improving until CBJ started working with them. The improvement since then has been immense. Why Azzani couldn't manage that on his own I don't know.

Azzani can recruit but he can't coach WRs to get off of press coverage. He can teach them to block well though

Because he's a great recruiter and I hate battling UT for WR's.

At least y'all use WRs.

Which makes it all the more frustrating

I'm convinced that anyone with a personality and a little persistence can recruit well at UT. Plus, I would bet money that his players hate him. Just the feeling I get and have read into some things.
